| Yes. It has been a long while since I have last been on here. There really is no excuse since I am no busier than the next person. But i will try harder to atleast put some new posts on here a couple times a year.
Right now after over 40 hours in the truck I am in Calgary Alberta Canada going up to Red Deer. I am with the CCI ( childrens conferences internation) and we are going to do a childrens conference up there. It is actually quiet nice here. We went to the mall tonight because we basically have been in a car for 3 days except for staying in a hotel last night.. It was surprisingly one of the biggest malls I have been in. There was a store caled Laura. lol
Please pray for us as we continue to travel a couple more hours. And pray for us as we minister to children that we would be able to show the love of Jesus to them.

This weekend was very
busy. On Friday my mom took me, Hava Miller and Abby Enas to six flags
for homeschool day. It was so much fun!
We went on all 6 of the roller costers and I went on all of them
without hands. They spent the night and left on Saturday morning. Then
my family and a couple other familys from my church went to Turkey Run.
We had a ton of food and went hiking.....and went in the creek in our
clothes. Sunday was pretty much a
relaxing day...the way I like it. After night church my sister and I
went and rented some movies and we watched Cinderella Man. And
yesterday I was a conner prairie all day. It was SOOO hot.
Then my sister and I went straight from there to Becca Davies open
house. We got back and watched a nother movie with my parents ( or part
of it, we watched the first hour of King Kon. It is a 3 hour movie). So
now I am really tired. Have a good week!!

| This place is screaming for an update so here it goes.....This year I
have had to say good bye to people more than I think I have had to ever
before. Our friends moved to Austrailia in January, I have another
friend that is moving to Germany in June, Another family I know is
moving to France, my next door neihbors are moving to Georgia when
school gets done, and my cousins forien exchang student who has been
basically part of the family since September is going back to Germany
in 3 weeks. I don't really like saying good bye, but it is something we
all must do. Some of these people I don't think I will ever see again,
but it makes me trust God that I will.
Here are some little known ( or not so little known) things about me.
1.My full name all fits together Laura Anne Nelson LaurAnNelson
2. I have a scar on the right side of my noes and lip from a dog bite
3. I have never been over seas
4. The only country I have been to other than America is Canida and I was only there for a hour
5. I have taken violin lessons since I was 8
6. I have had stiches 3 times and broken my arm and a lot of my fingers
7. I have alwayse wanted to go on a crouse
8. When I was little when people would ask me what I wanted to be
when I grew up I would tell them I wanted to be an actress
9. When I was little I would aslo tell people my faviorate food was fish... I hate fish
10. I love the show the amazing race
I can't think of any more so I am going to get off. Have a wonderful summer!!!

| This
week was my spring break!!! Well on Monday and Tuesday it really was
not cause I had to do school that was sapost to be done last week, I
alwayse wait till the last minuit to do things. I really need to change
that. Ok back on the spring break thing. On Wednesday I went to work
and after that I went to Edimberg (sp) with my mom to stay in a hotel
and go shopping in their outlet mall. We stayed there until Friday and
bought a bunch of stuff!! On friday I didn't even get to go home right
home cause I had to go to my drama club. That was fun we learned the
corieography (sp) to the dances. After drama I got to go home, unload
all the shopping bags and unload somemore. There were TONS! I didn't
just get stuff for me though, I got stuff for everyone in my family and
for other people too. I got home at 4:45 and had to leave for work
again at 6:00. On friday night I was really tired after that! What are
you guys doing/have done for spring break? I only have 1 more day left
in mine. :( But hey...the next break is summer break!!!!! I can't wait!

| I thought this was kinda neat and I need to remember to do this when I am in a big hurry.
Ever
wonder about the abbreviation A.S.A.P.? Generally we think of it in
terms of even more hurry and stress in our lives. Maybe if we think of
this abbreviation in a different manner, we will begin to find a new
way to deal with those rough days along the way.
